    Driver

    Job Group E

    Reporting to the Chief Officer, Education and Public Service.

    Responsibilities

    • Driving a motor vehicles as authorized;
    • Safety of passengers and/or goods therein;
    • Maintenance of work tickets for motor vehicles assigned;
    • Detecting and reporting malfunctioning of vehicle systems;
    • Carrying out routine checks on the vehicle’s cooling, oil, electrical and brake systems, tyre pressure, etc;
    • Ensuring security and safety for vehicle on and off the road and;
    • Maintenance of cleanliness of the vehicle.

    Qualifications

    • Be a Kenyan citizen;
    • Three (3) years’ relevant driving experience;
    • Valid Driver’s licence class BCE;
    • Certificate of Good Conduct;
    • Defensive Driving Certificate and First Aid Certificate will be an added advantage

    Terms of Service

    • Contract
    • Basic Salary: Kshs. 14,490 p. m.
    • House Allowance: Kshs. 2,960/= p.m.
    • Commuter Allowance: Kshs. 3,000/= p. m.
    • Leave Allowance: Kshs. 4,000 p. a.
    • Medical Cover.
    • Mortgage and Car Loan.
