    Subject Matter Experts, EAC

    Qualifications

    While each position will have its own operational and technical requirements under the program, overall qualifications will meet the below:

    • Advanced degree required in agriculture, international development, or related field
    • Substantial experience in related technical area
    • Advanced knowledge of agricultural practices and methods in EAC countries
    • Experience with USAID and/or any other international donor-funded projects required
    • Willingness to travel required
    • Fluency in English required, proficiency in regional languages desired
