    Kippra Young Professionals Programme 2018/2019 - Private Sector Development

    The objective of the YP Programme is to develop young professionals in the areas of public policy research and to offer them an opportunity to gain on-the-job experience, expand their knowledge and build professional networks. Young Professionals are placed for one year in the following Research Departments namely;

    Private Sector Development (Financial services, Business environment, and competition policy);

    Minimum Qualifications

    • MA or MSc degree in Economics or related social sciences.
    • Below 35 years of age
    • Possess at least one (1) year practical experience in the proposed area of training
    • In addition to the qualifications set above, applicants must further meet and get the following clearances:
    • Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
    • Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI)
    • Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
    • Chief Executive Officer, Higher Education Loans Board
    • Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)

    Method of Application

    Applicants are requested to submit a cover letter, CVs, copies of certificates & testimonials in hard/soft copy. Hard copies should be delivered to the address provided below while soft copies submitted through email address careers@kippra.or.ke indicating the position applied for on the subject line on or before 30th April 2018 at 18:00 hrs.
