Junior Service Engineer at Buhler Group

Job description

Duties

• Perform onsite inspection, installation, Service and commissioning of equipment / machines, troubleshooting and customer training of Buhler products
• Promote and support after sales activities with active spare parts and retrofit upgrade sales
• Regular communication with customers to ensure we always support them
• Adapts his work independently depending on the situation and work load
• Creation and documentation of clear and concise technical report

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• Degree Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Engineer in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installation
• Knowledge in Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic would be advantageous

• Ability to work under pressure, flexible and adapts working hours to situation
• Ability to work independently, define, schedule and monitor own activities
• Ability to identify, evaluate and solve problems
• Good customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and completing the scope of service in a timely and professional manner
• Good team player and inter-personal skills
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Willingness to learn
