    Court Process Server

    IPOA/HR/19/2018; COURT PROCESS SERVER (GRADE 7)

    (CONSOLIDATED SALARY KES.64,500-97,500)

    Reports to the Senior Legal Officer, the Court Process Server will serve court processes and perform clerical duties.

    Job Description

    • Serve court processes in accordance with provisions of the law
    • File affidavits of service
    • Maintain a register of service of court processes
    • Perform clerical duties
    • Man the legal department registry and documents
    • Perform any other or further duties as allocated from time to time

    Required Functional Skills

    • Diploma in Legal Studies from a duly registered institution
    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C
    • Registered as a court process server with experience of at least 3 years, post qualification
    • Hold a current license as a court process server
    • Proficiency application
    • Good understanding of the civil procedure and rules thereunder in regard of service of court process
