Job Description

The Logistics Officer will be required to monitor stock-levels and usage of system parts. This person will be accountable for stock allocation and reconciliation. What you would be doing with Installations, Maintenance and Repair (IMR)

• Ensure IMR schedules are conducted in a timely and effective manner
• Coordinate with business development officer to develop a robust IMR schedule
• Coordinate with installation technicians to ensure schedule remains intact and IMRs are completed successfully
• Coordinate with F&A Officer to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
• Coordinate with customers to make sure schedules and customer details are accurate
• Keep track and document ALL IMR activities in Salesforce
• Stay within budget: building and executing weekly budgets to implement IMR activities

Requirements:

• University Degree in related field: Business Administration, Logistics, Water/Environment Management, or other comparable field
• Minimum 3 years work experience, working in the capacity of officer or coordinator
• Strong written and spoken command of English and Swahili
• National candidates only
• Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Functioning knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
