The Market and Customer Research Manager will manage a wide variety of research projects, ranging from quantitative studies of the entire Kenyan market to usability testing and new concept feedback with our customer base. Your work will be critical for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and inform key strategy and product decisions.
Create varied research instruments, such as survey questionnaires and focus group guides to gather customer feedback on our products, test new concepts, and learn about the market
Lead and manage teams of field workers conducting surveys and mapping studies to build a database of knowledge on the Nairobi cooking fuel market
Lead qualitative studies such as focus groups or software UI/UX testing
Write reports summarizing research results to inform strategic and product decisions
Draft plans and budgets for research projects to ensure all projects are done on time and at low cost
Collaborate with stakeholders in a variety of departments to identify all objectives for research studies
Present research results to stakeholders, providing conclusive answers and strong recommendations to aid in decision-making
Maintain a shared knowledge base of KOKO research results to make information available throughout the company
Represent KOKO Networks in interactions with customers, agents, and other stakeholders
