Basic salary Ksh.12, 000 -15000

Overall Responsibility

Waiters/waitresses are responsible for ensuring that customers have a satisfying dining experience

Key Responsibilities

• Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods. 
• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware. 
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters; take them to kitchen for cleaning. 
• Take orders from patrons for food or beverages
• Knowledge in preparing various tea & coffee or cold drinks for patrons

Qualifications and Experience 

• Education: Minimum requirements: Certificate in Food and Beverage
• Experience: Previous serving experience is an added advantage 
• Excellent oral communication skills required. 
• Friendly disposition to guests; strong enthusiasm for the job; highly motivated with great ability to work harmoniously in a team
