We seek to hire a Business Manager for Cold room and HVAC Division with the following experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the supply chain of fittings, cooling machines, panels and accessories are in place.
• Design and offer solutions to clients and oversee execution of the projects
• Responsible for installation and after sale services.
• Create a growth plan for the capacity to meet the growing market needs.
• Indigenize production of some of the products to create important replacement
• Develop toolings and means to have excellent resources for executing works.
• Project implementation, monitoring, control and evaluation of projects,
• Testing and commissioning of completed projects.
• Preparation of daily schedules, planning for materials and deliveries to various active sites for implementation.
• Document Reports, data, and projects information analyses and discuss

Qualifications

• Qualifications and experience in HVAC and Cold rooms.
• Knowledge and experience of assembly and maintenance of cold rooms
• Excellent leadership skills
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and administrative skills.
