    Fiscal Analyst

    Vacancy Name: Fiscal Analyst – One Post

    Vacancy Job Group: CASB Scale 11

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Assist Committee Members in the Analysis of the County Executive Budget.
    • Assist Sectorial committees in monitoring and evaluation of sectorial budgets.
    • Collecting and collating budgetary information from various sources for analysis.
    • Maintaining relevant statistics on public revenue and expenditure figures.
    • Carrying out commissioned Budget research on specific area of interest.
    • Assisting in workshops planning.

    Requirements for Appointment

    • A candidate must have satisfactorily served in a related position for a minimum period of five (5) years.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics/Mathematics from a recognized University;
    • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Have a good Knowledge of Public Finance.
    • Meets the requirements of Leadership and Integrity set out in Chapter six of the Constitution
