Savvy Gold Rider at Savvy Riders

The position is responsible for ensuring for dropping off/picking passengers to their destination according to the established policies and procedures for savvy riders ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking good care of the motorcycle assigned; keeping it clean; and ensuring that tyre pressure, fuel, oil, water and all other fluids are topped-up at all time
• Maintaining a work etiquette
• Keep log of items received and delivered
• Obtain official receipts or payment from services received.
• Reporting any defects, accidents or breakdowns
• Checking that the motorcycle’s Insurance Cover is up to date
• Making sure that the service and maintenance schedule is adhered to;
• Clear communication on the ride after dropping off the client.
• Receive messages to be delivered and information on recipients such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and delivery instructions communicated via telephone or in person.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for dropping off passengers and delivering goods.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management

Job Qualifications

(The knowledge, skills and abilities may be acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education and prior experience or on-the-job-training).

Level of Education:

• Certificate of KCSE. (added advantage)

Specialized Training/Professional Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Driving/Riding License
• A Certificate of good conduct.

Competencies/Abilities/Skills Required:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good geographical knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
• Good integrity and clients handling skills
• Well-groomed and able to speak and write
• Be a skilled rider
• Be physically fit
• Be reliable and punctual
• Be able to work on your own
• Have good literacy and numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records
• Have the ability to read and follow maps and guides, plan and learn routes
• Have a mature attitude
• You will provide us with feedback of your daily encounters
• Be friendly and presentable
• 3 years’ Experience riding in Nairobi Environs

The job holder works mainly in and around Nairobi Environs.
