Directors in the Board at Nyahururu Water and Sanitation Company Limited

The Board has five (5) vacancies for representatives of the following stakeholders group:—

• One Director representing Registered Women Organizations.
• One Director representing Professional Organizations.
• Two Directors representing Resident Organizations; of eit her gender.
• One Director representing Youth and People living with disability.

We are therefore inviting applicants from nominees of the above stakeholders group.

They MUST meet the following criteria:-

• Be literate and numerate to at least O level.
• Demonstrated experience and acumen in business or any profession for at least seven (7) years.
• Demonstrate participation in local development initiatives.
• Must attach nomination letter from the relevant stakeholders group, and
• Must comply with Chapter Six of the Constitution on Integrity – must attach copies of the following:-
  • Certificate of good conduct from criminal investigation department (CID).
  • Clearance Certificate from Accredited Reference Bureau.
  • Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board
  • Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.
  • Clearance Certificate from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.

NB: Suppliers and other Trading Associates of the company are not eligible for directorship positions of the company.
