Medical Officer - Embu at Imara Mediplus Medical Centre

The candidate’s role will be a MEDICAL OFFICER

Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform Medical consultations
• Responsible for Emergency treatment
• Providing treatment and guidance to patients as per the clinical guidelines and protocol adopted by the facility
• Participate and present in Health talks
• Participate and present in Continuous medical Education(CME) events
• Perform Minor surgeries under supervision
• Assist in the formulation and review of relevant policies and procedures
• Participate in clinical audits
• Any other relevant duties assigned by supervisor

Minimum Job requirements are:

• Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery
• Registered with Kenya Medical practitioners and dentist board, With a medical license and current retainer license
• Being a Member of Kenya medical association or any other professional body will be an added advantage
• At least 1 year work experience

• Advanced Life trauma/Cardiac support course
• Ability to use Medical equipment e.g. Diagnostic set
• IT proficiency
