Must be holder of Diploma in Secretarial studies or equivalent from KNEC or a recognized institution OR.
Typing III (50 WpM) Shorthand III(90WpM), Business English II, Secretarial Duties II, Office Management III, Commerce II and Certificate in Computer Applications(Windows, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, PowerPoint and internet) from a recognized institution.
Must have at least five (5) years experience or must have served in the previous grade for 3 years.
