Responsibilities

• Lead main Capability development for the marketing team across the BU (DNA/ Marketing factory & work processes)
• Lead marketing competencies assessment and functional capability development
• Ensure Marketing tools adoption within the BU for product/packaging innovation, as well as for planning, and in market implementation/ tracking
• Leads, tracks and measures the productivity goals across the BU
• Build capability around planning
• Works with BUMD  on BU capability plan and transformation to WMO
• Plans and tracks synergies across the different franchises as well as drive re-use of best practices from other BUs
• Connects with leadership team in these key areas from Corporate
