Head of Corporate Affairs at R4Kenya

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement a successful Public Affairs proactive outreach strategy with key Government stakeholders, with focus on the East Africa markets 
• Build and maintain a strong network with key government stakeholders with the aim of protecting and enhancing the company image, and sustain our ability to market our products without restrictions 
• Represent the Company in key business associations, industry groups and third party forums and events 
• Remain current and develop deep understanding of policies and regulations of relevance to company’s raw materials and finished products 
• Develop and execute impactful communications and key corporate messages 
• Anticipate, mitigate and manage reputational crises 
• Drive proactive efforts to build the client's reputation with key business stakeholders, including consumers, associates, media and community 
• Ensure consumers' optimal experiences with our brands 
• Develop expertise in consumer care processes 

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience in the corporate affairs field.
• Knowledge/Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience
