Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate it into a detailed project and resource plans
• Tracking and managing project tasks, milestones and project phase deliverables
• Ensure 100% compliance to standard methodologies relating to planning, communication, integration,  implementation of work efforts, as well as contributing  to best practices and continuous improvement
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks, identify the potential risks and devising mitigation and contingency plans
• Defining projects’ scope, goals, and deliverables
• Estimating and allocating resources to projects
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Evaluation of projects’ outcomes as established during the planning phase
• Monitoring and accurate reporting of project milestones and deliverables
• Facilitation of requirements analysis, design and status meetings to ensure the project team members are on the same page and perform towards the same goals.
• Coordinating with QA staff on testing and application deployment
• Managing constrained resources.
• Maintain and manage projects knowledge base throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in IT related projects
• Technical Background with understanding and /or hands-on experience in Software Development and Web Technologies
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP/ PRINCE2)
• Knowledge in Project Management Tools
• Strong customer liaison and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation experience
• Excellent report and proposal writing skills specifically on the English language
• Good Time and Task Management Skills
• Strong planning, monitoring, and organizational skills with good knowledge on the use of logical & result-based monitoring and evaluation frameworks
• Flexible, creative and confident in taking initiatives and exploring new opportunities
• Ability to handle multiple projects within the portfolio
