    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Details

    • Create strong, sustainable partner relationships which will:
    • Develop and maintain a professional business relationship with IDEMIA’s channel partners (hereafter referred to as “the partners”).
    • Build a consistent lobbying plan of the major market players in order to enable and support the sales strategy (up to c-levels).
    • Position IDEMIA as the preferred biometric offering of the partner, and ensure this position is maintained in the future roadmap of the partners
    • Provide clear & well defined visibility into the partners’ organizations and understanding of key influencers
    • Increase the frequency and quality of leads (from the partners’ organizations, and their network of dealers/resellers) reaching the sales person/s in all regions where the partners are active
    • Ensure a zero resistance experience for customers when proposing, quoting and sourcing our products via the partners
    • The sales person is ultimately responsible for closing deals
    • Continuously increase and reinforce awareness and understanding of our offering, and influence the following levels within our partners’ organization:
    • Presales,Sales, Marketing, Supply chain/procurement Product management (this part shall be done in close cooperation with Product Management Team and Partner Integration Team)

    REQUIREMENTS


    Degree Qualification

    • MUST BE LIVING IN AFRICA
    • Minimum ten years of experience in the physical access control industry
    • Sales experience at distribution or manufacturing level
    • Sales experience in channel oriented business
    • Management of large accounts
    • Thorough knowledge of access control system design, architecture, and integration principles
    • Experience in the Biometrics industry will be an advantage
    • French speaking is an advantage
