    General Manager

    The ideal candidate will be Head of all operatiuons and business. 20 - 25 yrs Experience of having managed Rigid and Flexible packaging solutions with more emphasis on Flexible Packaging.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
    • Manage operations of business
    • Drive development of employees
    • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained & enhanced

    Qualifications

    • Engineer Mechanical / Plastics preferably with MBA in Operations
    • Strong operations administrative skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead
    • Comfort working with budgets, forecasting & Strong communications skills
