Sales Executives (Nairobi, Nakuru and Kisumu) at Poultry and Allied Limited

We are looking for Sales Executives who will be assigned to Kisumu, Nakuru and Nairobi cities to introduce and sell our processed chicken products to the hospitality sector. As accommodation is not offered, the successful applicants must reside or have their own accomodation in Nairobi, Nakuru and Kisumu.

Qualification Level: Completed or currently studying any sales, marketing, business or communications related degree course or higher. International diploma qualifications such as ACIM are also accepted. 

Experience Level: Volunteer, internship in sales or customer support services will be an added advantage but are not required.

Role Description: The successful candidate will be performing duties under the supervision of both the Sales & Marketing Manager as well as Administration & Finance Manager.

• Responsibilities:

1. Support in sales and marketing including identifying and registering new customers, maintaining relationships with new customers, developing promotional plans to drive sales, conducting market research  etc.
2. Manage the distribution process by ensuring partners and customers receive goods in a timely manner and to a high standard.
3. Maintain sales records daily including customer inquiries, sales and prepare & present management reports every week and month.
4. Suggest and upon approval, implement continuous improvement suggestions and innovative approaches in the overall business..
5. Develop and maintain a database of possible collaborators such as potential partners etc.
6. Support in other duties as may be required

Other requirements:

• You must enjoy working with people, selling and negotiating and planning.
• You should be punctual and have high attention to detail
• You should be a self-starter / able to work well with minimal supervision
• You should be highly organized and neat
• You should demonstrate good communication skills in speech and writing
• You should be able to work from 8am-5pm for a period of 1 - 3 months, Monday to Saturday.

A daily stipend will be provided.
