The ideal candidate should combine marketing and social media management skills to enhance companies’ social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused, interactive and engaging content.

• Champion development, implementation and management of our own and client’s social media strategies
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Make effective and efficient use of the latest and most appropriate social media marketing tools
• Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation and implementation schedules
• Collect customer data, analyze interactions and visits and use the information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
• Maintain strong online company voice through social media
• Manage contacts database and champion lead generation activities

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Familiar with content management systems including Wordpress and Joomla.
• Good copywriting skills
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Social media marketing certification
• Diploma and above in marketing or other relevant business-related field.
