Job Summary

We are looking to employ an outstanding facilitator of learning and change to fill the role of Training Manager under our Ajiry Program. The job holder will be responsible for overseeing 10 different training centres across the country and in-charge of a 60-person training team with an overall 12 month target of training 24,000 people across the 10 centres.

Key Accountabilities

• Planning, preparation and facilitation of various training workshops
• Gain further international and national Training accreditation
• Grow the security consultancy status and brand of TSG
• Manage the grant training budget
• Generate business and training revenue outside of the grant program to ensure sustainability for each centre.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Security Management/Occupational Health and Safety Training
• 8-10 years Training and Management experience.
• Professional Certification in Training Delivery
• Proven track record of training and deliverables.
• Excellent understanding of budgets and target management.

Desirable Competencies

• Experience of working within the ISO framework.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Security & Risk Consultancy Experience.
• Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
• Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
