    Transport Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing the timely application of KENHA Exemption Permits
    • Daily allocation and dispatching of vehicles for all departments.
    • Overseeing timely NTSA inspection of all vehicles.
    • Ensure timely renewals of Insurance Covers for all vehicles.
    • Run a daily inspection/checkup for all dispatch vehicles and pool cars and ensure they are in good condition.
    • Ensure timely executions of tasks.
    • Facilitate provision of allowances for drivers and control of this expenditure
    • Oversee the overtime hours worked by drivers
    • Offer daily transport solutions for H Young departmental errands/miscellaneous tasks.

    Requirements

    • Higher National Diploma
    • 3 years’ experience working in a medium sized company
    • Ability to coordinate a large fleet – (over 400 motor vehicles)
    • Conversant with Kenyan Traffic Laws
