    Data Collection Interns

    Description of Role : Ilara Health is seeking to recruit Data Collection Interns to support the growth of our business and drive our outreach to clinics in and around Nairobi. Ilara Health distributes new, high quality diagnostic devices to underserved primary health clinics that struggle to afford even basic equipment.

    The successful candidate/s will be responsible for coordinating, conducting and collecting data from field activities

    • Participate in data collection activities or transfer from medical facilities.
    • Identify and approach quality facilities and set up meetings to support in the growth of the business
    • Assist in conducting product demos to enhance product knowledge of the customer
    • Assist in coordinating facility Medical camps
    • Maintain confidentiality and quality in all aspects of the work in accordance with our data protection policy and data quality control protocol.
    • Provide after sales services by solving product mis-harps if need be
    • Logical reasoning when approaching and solving problems.
    • Ability to serve people by coming up with ways on how to help people more efficiently.

    Skills and qualifications required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (preferred)
    • Experience in collecting quantitative or qualitative data will be an added advantage
    • Advanced computer literacy
    • Excellent social,oral and written communications skills to ensure information is relayed effectively.
    • Complex problem solver, in reviewing information to develop and evaluate options.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent analysis/evaluation skills
    • Professionalism
