Accounts Payable Officer at Nickolee Hotel

Job Summary:

• We are a reputable hotel based in Nanyuki seeking to recruit a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice verification and processing
• Supplier/vendor payments /Supplier Reconciliations
• Petty cash management
• Bank reconciliations
• Expense tracking
• VAT/Tax procedures
• Filing Statutory deductions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA Part II or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in accounts payable, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel-Mc,Sun system & Opera Pms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
