Admin & Operations Assistant
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the office and workshop run smoothly and efficiently (access, utilities, vendors etc)
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors & general inquiries
- Manage records, correspondence, filing systems & basic bookkeeping
- Oversee office coordination (supplies, pantry, cleaning, workspace readiness)
- Support inventory tracking, ERP data entry & warehouse operations
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups & liaise with riders, couriers & service providers
- Maintain shipment tracking and flag delays to the operations team
What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years’ experience in admin or office support
- Strong organization, multitasking & attention to detail
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience with logistics, inventory, or ERP systems is a plus
- Familiarity with Nairobi operations/logistics setup
