Front Officer at Lions Medical Centre

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle telephone calls and enquiries. Manage appointments and patient flow.
• Drive optical sales in line with hospital policies and targets.
• Provide information on services and hospital procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma in a relevant field (Administration, Business, or Healthcare related).
• At least 2 years' experience in a front office in a busy healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
