Roles and Responsibilities

• Create online digital content for our company website and social media accounts, including organising cross-platform content strategies.
• Develop new social media and hard marketing campaigns from the start-up to project completion, considering organisation client base and the specific market-place environment.
• Monitor web-based social channels for trending news and ideas, then capitalise on these trends through our own social media accounts.
• Perform research into our potential clients and the greater industry in order to provide actionable suggestions and advice for expanding the company’s reach in the digital space.
• Assist with capturing and analysing social media metrics and other marketing data.
• Generate marketing and business reports to keep track of the various marketing strategies being implemented.
• Assist with the management of the CRM tools in place.
• Engage on a day-to-day basis with our customers and ensure customers receive the best solutions for their needs.
• Research and develop new market leads and create strategies for new business development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing.
• Familiarity with common social media strategies and platforms.
• Familiarity with the aviation charter business and air ambulance will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and to take initiative.
• Have availability for flexible work schedule.
• Be enthusiastic, hard-working and dedicated to best possible standards.
• An ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
• Experience with, and evidence of, content creation is desirable.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Professional products (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher, etc.)
• Good teamwork skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Related working experience in aviation industry is an added advantage.
