    Architectural Assistant II - (2 Posts)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the senior and experienced officer in charge, duties and 
    • responsibilities will entail:
    • Interpretation of Architect’s sketches into finished drawings
    • Preparation of sketch/scheme designs, production drawings, detailed drawings, specifications notes and schedules for all types of buildings to ensure that Engineers’ and other specialists’ drawings conform to the Architect’s drawings and model making
    • Performing any other duties as may be assigned

    Requirements for Appointments

    • Diploma or Technician Certificate Part III in any of the following disciplines: Building/Civil Engineering, Architecture or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution; 
    • Served in the grade of Architectural Assistant III or in a comparable and relevant position in the public service or private sector for at least three years
    • Certificate in computer applications
    • Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
