Requirements:
- Be a Citizen of Kenya
- Government Trade Test Certificate Grade I/II/III in the area of specialization
- Certificate in Carpentry/Joinery or such other qualification as may be approved, from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of safe use of carpentry tools and fittings
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Construct and repair wooden furniture, doors, windows, and shelves
- Install and maintain cabinetry in wards, pharmacies, and laboratories
- Repair hospital beds, desks, benches, cabinets, and fittings
- Assist in fitting curtain rails, notice boards, and ceiling repairs
