Assistant Accountant at CDL Human Resource

We are seeking a highly motivated and trustworthy Accountant to join the team and contribute to the financial success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in disbursements.
• Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and related documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Support the senior accounting team with daily transactions and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in audit preparation and tax documentation.
• Provide general accounting support as required.
• Be the point of contact for all KRA related advise, requirements, submissions &payments.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll processing and financial reporting.
• Must be familiar with KRA requirements and processes
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A trustworthy and open-minded team player.
