Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Public Health or Community Health, Public Safety or Emergency along with relevant experience.
• Served satisfactorily as Senior Disaster Ambulance Officer and above for at least two (3) years.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in emergency medical protocols, triage systems, and ambulance logistics.
• Analytical skills for evaluating operational performance and implementing improvements.

Job Description

• Lead and manage disaster ambulance operations, ensuring rapid and effective emergency medical response.
• Manage ambulance fleet, medical equipment and other critical resources to maintain operational readiness
• Ensure maintenance, procurement, and optimal deployment of ambulances and emergency medical supplies
• Advocate for service enhancements, funding and innovations to strengthen ambulance services
• Oversee the training, certification and professional development of emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and ambulance support staff
• Participate in disaster preparedness planning and risk reduction strategies
