Assistant Director Resource Mobilization and Revenue
Bachelor Degree in, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Three (3) years of relevant experience
Certified public accountant of Kenya CPA(K)
Membership with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) and in good standing
Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution.
Job Description
Provide leadership, technical advice and assistance in budgeting formulation analysis, review and control process.
Coordinate with other departments on the formulation of best Resource mobilization policies.
Conducting resource mobilization in development of funding proposals.
Developing and implementing the county’s Resource Mobilization strategies.
Design and facilitate resource mobilization to support county business
Assist in Resource Mobilization budget to ensure the funds are properly expended to meet the departmental objectives in an accountable manner;
Accurate and timely generation of Financial Reports and preparation of special reports as required by management, stakeholders and regulatory authorities
Ensure timely budget preparation and compliance with approved budgets and timely reporting of the departments’ performance as well as cash flow management
Monitor and measure the performance results to track the milestones achieved against set targets and gauge the effectiveness of strategies deployed.
Assist in preparation of departmental budget and mobilization of resources and revenues.
