Assistant Finance Officer at Machakos Institute of Technology

The Assistant Finance Officer will support accounting and financial operations in the college

• Record daily cash receipts, payments, and ledger transactions.
• Perform bank and account checks.
• Process supplier invoices and verify procurement documents.
• Help compute and file taxes or regulatory dues.
• Organize financial files and receipts for internal or external reviews.

 Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting systems (like QuickBooks, SAP, or Sage).
