Must be a holder of Diploma in any of the following; Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a recognized institution of higher learning.
Job Description
Job Purpose
This position supports the administration of Human Resource policies and programmes, rules and regulations in the County for effective performance and productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting in implementing best- practice policies on human Resource matters and compliance
Assisting in providing guidance on the implementation of Human Resource Management policies, rules and regulations for County Departments.
Assisting in ensuring maintenance of good industrial relations among employees, the organizations and various county departments
Assisting in the Implementation of human resource services in areas of staff development and capacity-building, preparing human resource departmental trainings induction, job placement/deployments, promotion/re-designations, leave scheduling, leave liability, retirements, employee welfare and benefits management.
Any other duty as assigned by the Director Human Resource Management from time to time.
