    Assistant Surveyor III - 3 Posts

    REF: LCPSB/ADV/23-24/44
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:

    • Conduct surveys on land sites and properties;
    • Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy;
    • Research and Design methods for survey processes;
    • Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features’;
    • Build maps, sketches and charts
    • Purchase and maintain equipment;
    • Report on survey results and present findings to clients;
    • Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects; and
    • Any other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
    For appointment to this Grade a candidate must have:

    • Be aKenyan citizen;
    • Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
    • Certificate in Computer Applications;
