    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Advocate to join our growing legal practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of legal matters, providing strategic legal advice, representing clients in various forums, and contributing to the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and other legal proceedings.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
    • Provide timely and practical legal advice and develop effective legal strategies for clients.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation, advisory, and transactional matters.
    • Prepare, organize, and manage case files to ensure efficient handling of legal matters.
    • Liaise and maintain professional relationships with clients, courts, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
    • Attend client meetings, court sessions, negotiations, and other legal engagements as required.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards while safeguarding clients' interests.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized university.
    • Admission to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya.
    • Possession of a valid Practicing Certificate.
    • Minimum of three (3) years' post-admission experience in active legal practice.
    • Demonstrated experience in litigation, legal advisory, and legal drafting.
    • Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-service orientation.
