Associate, Employment Law at HR Fleek

​​​PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, terminations, and other employment-related issues.
• Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and other employment-related documents.
• Conduct training sessions on employment law and related topics.
• Write articles and blog posts on employment law topics for publication on the firm's website and other platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized University (2nd Class Honours, Upper Division)
• Certificate of Admission to the Bar and Current Practicing Certificate
• Have 2 years of experience post admission
• Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
