Responsibilities:-

• Assist in recruitment
• Assist in payroll management
• Assist in handling disciplinary issues
• Assist in supervision of workers and ensure that they are productive
• Assist in handling industrial relations
• Assist in handling grievances
• Any other duty that may be assigned.

Requirements:-

• Diploma, Degree or higher diploma qualification in Human Resource Management
• Professional training in HR will be an added advantage
• Excellent Administrative skills
• Minimum of 3-6 months/ a years working experience a business environment;
• Experience of communicating at all levels up to and including senior management
• Problem-solving skills
• Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
• Organizational and planning skills
• Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
• A quick and ready leaner.
• Ability to work with supervision
