Information Technology Support Officer

Job Objective/Purpose

To provide the endpoint and end-user support, training, and maintenance

Key Responsibilities
- System administration by carrying out endpoint management.
- Support deployment of IT technologies to end-users
- Be a first point of contact for staff queries on IT related issues
- Enforce robust IT policies, standards, and audits aimed at maximizing effectiveness, minimizing costs
- Review and advise on all hardware and software maintenance costs
- Support and maintenance of endpoint devices
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
Person Specification
- Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
- CCNA Qualification will be an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
