The main purpose of this role is to create and apply effective sales strategies, grow market share with existing and new accounts, generate revenue growth and enhance efforts, build market position and customer awareness, regularly consult with customers to understand needs and position the company as a leading primary healthcare organisation. Major responsibilities will be: -
Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product departments to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring there are favorable terms.
Write requisitions for the Business Development and Client engagement departments.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline and forecast.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Know the clients review and plan on ways to improve the new client relationships.
Implement strategies used to attract new clients to the organization.
Achieve specific targets on revenue and market growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
At least 3 years of experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
Strong oral and communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi -task
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, outlook, and Power Point
