Position Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training programs to our students pursuing Diploma certification in beauty therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured training programs in accordance with the curriculum requirements.
• Provide hands-on practical training in various beauty therapy techniques, including skincare,makeup application, waxing, manicure, pedicure, and massage.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of beauty therapy techniques, products, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Relevant teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
•  TOT Certification in education or training (e.g., ) would be advantageous.
