Bilingual Sales Leader | BPO Experience Required at Solvo Global

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on sales leader with experience managing Team Leaders, driving revenue, and optimizing sales performance in an international environment.

• Collaboration with teams in Kenya, India & the Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop 3 Team Leaders and indirectly manage a team of 30–35 employees.
• Drive revenue, sales targets, and conversion rates.
• Manage and optimize the full B2C sales funnel.
• Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies.
• Build a strong, results-driven sales culture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading large sales teams and managing Team Leaders.
• Strong B2C and Inside Sales experience.
• Experience managing revenue targets, KPIs, and sales performance.
• Advanced English C1, required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.
