Board Member To The Board Of Directors

Requirements
- Be a holder of bachelor’s degree from any recognized University.
- Must be in good standing with the relevant professional body.
- Demonstrate at least seven (7) years’ experience and proven acumen in business, profession, or trade.
- Demonstrate active participation in local development initiatives.
- Exhibit experience in change management.
- Not be a supplier or trading associate of the Company.
- Be a resident within the area served by the Company.
- Provide a recommendation from the relevant nominating body representing the stakeholder category.
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 on leadership and integrity.
