Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Institute of Banking Diploma or related qualification from a top reputable university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0

• Lead branch operations to ensure smooth service, strong controls and great customer experience.
• Drive branch targets across revenue, profitability, deposits, lending and transactions.

• Manage branch cash, vault, records and assets with proper controls.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support retention and growth.
