Branch Manager-Nairobi at City Walk Ltd

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and develop a high-performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive branch sales, profitability, and achievement of targets.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the branch team. 
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage stock availability, inventory control, and stock movements.
• Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, visual standards, and safety requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
