Branch Manager at Progressive Credit

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a branch team of at least 10 people, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch growth targets, focusing on logbook loan products in Narok.
• Manage and grow a loan portfolio, ensuring responsible lending practices and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• A highly motivated and results-oriented leader with at least 5 years of experience in microfinance or a similar financial services environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of loan products, credit analysis, and risk management principles, with a focus on logbook loans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
