You will ensure sales targets are consistently met and achieved.
You will motivate, manage, and support branch staff while overseeing day-to-day operations and stock ordering in line with the business strategy.
You will provide market feedback to the Head of DOCS & Branches and Head of Imaging on competitor offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities.
You will drive and monitor sales activities, including client appointments, quotations, and demonstrations.
You will participate in the branch’s budgetary process and prepare regular sales pipeline, daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
You will engage relevant support teams to equip your sales staff with effective solutions.
You will review and sign off professionally prepared proposals, ensuring client needs, solutions, costs, and technology are clearly addressed.
You will assign and monitor branch sales targets in line with agreed budgets.
You will develop strategies to remain competitive, explore new markets, and open new accounts.
You will oversee inventory planning for equipment and consumables at the branch.
You will coordinate with the Senior Support Engineer to ensure efficient deployment of engineering teams.
You will achieve collection targets by implementing effective sales cycles and processes.
You will recruit, train, appraise, and develop staff while maintaining a motivating and performance-driven work environment.
You will build and maintain executive-level relationships within key accounts in the region.
You will manage the branch fleet to support business operations.
You will carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirement
About you:
Must haves
You have a degree in Business Management or a related field.
You bring a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Sales.
You demonstrate proven leadership with the ability to establish, maintain, and drive high-performing teams.
You possess a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
You have solid experience in management or senior-level sales roles.
You have hands-on experience in office automation sales, covering both hardware and software.
