    Brand and Marketing Consultant

    Role Context 

    • The Brand & Marketing Consultant role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s brand and products/solutions. This involves market research, creation of marketing campaigns, managing advertising efforts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency. Additionally, the role analyzes consumer trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Strong communication and leadership skills are crucial for coordinating marketing efforts and fostering brand growth. The role reports directly to the Lead Marketer.

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
    • Develop strategy and execute plans revolving around ESG and CSI brand initiatives.
    • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
    • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, plan, and participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
    • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
    • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
    • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
    • Play an analytical role in conducting research and analysis, translating campaign performance into communication documents and reports, which are distributed to senior management team and other key stakeholders.
    • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
    • Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
    • Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
    • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
    • Analyze and evaluate financial aspects of product development.
    • Collaborate in the development of new products.
    • Compose develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
    • Collaborate, participate in, and coordinates All promotional activities and activations.
    • Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.

    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools including email marketing platforms.

    • Ability to successfully work in a high activity, fast paced environment

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
    • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
    • At least three (3) years' experience as a marketing manager.
    • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Sprinkler
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
    • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
