Brand Manager ( Brand Experience & Execution) at Mogo Finance

What you will own:

 Brand standards, playbooks and the MOGO Brand Hub

• Define MOGO’s physical brand standards for HQs, car branches, boda branches, dealerships and other touchpoints, with tiered minimum, standard and premium execution levels matched to each location type.
• Build practical playbooks covering look and feel, signage, POSM, materials, messaging, customer experience and maintenance.
• Set up and run the MOGO Brand Hub as the single source of truth for guidelines, templates, playbooks, production specifications and approved assets, including the Employee Brand Toolkit (email signatures, presentation and social templates, virtual backgrounds, corporate documents).
• Establish production, supplier, maintenance and asset-lifecycle standards.

Point of sale: dealers, agents and partners

• Make MOGO consistently visible and distinctive across smartphone dealerships, boda dealerships, agents and retail partners.
• Create dealer and agent playbooks, onboarding kits, sales tools, training materials and POSM that help partners sell MOGO effectively.
• Set co-branding standards and approval processes for how MOGO and strategic bike partners share space in branches and other shared environments.

What you Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or a related field. 
• 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, product marketing or commercial roles - ideally in financial services, fintech, lending or a related consumer-facing industry.
• Proven track record of growing a product, channel or P&L (e.g. growth in sales, issuances or revenue).
• Experience owning marketing plans and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.
• Experience leading or coordinating IT / digital development projects (Agile / product-owner experience is an advantage).
• Lending, credit or loan-product experience is a strong plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial services, telco, FMCG, automotive or motorcycle sectors in Kenya or East Africa.
• Experience building dealer, agent or franchise programmes.
• A degree in marketing, design, communications or a related field.
